Cancellation

Hi - we recently talked with someone who had booked with us at Easter, but for only 2 days.  Then they decided to cancel.  In theory they cancelled us but it shows up on our listings as us cancelling, which I know is a terrible crime!  Who do we write to at AirB&B to remonstrate and try and get the listing changed so it doesnt effect our standing.

@Emma343 unfortunately you fell into the trap, the guest sent you a request to cancel, you accepted this request and therefore you have cancelled. Always decline any requests to cancel.

You can try to plead ignorance with customer service.
