Cancelled Reservation

Hi all, 

A hopeful guest did not submit payment for a weekend before the 24 hours and the request was canceled. Now they want to reserve, but are unable to and asking me to reset the listing. I am unsure how to do this and wondering if this is something on their end or mine. Why can't they just re-request those dates?

Any thoughts?

You cannot "reset" your listing. You can have an active or inactive listing and that's pretty much it. 

 

Sorry, for sounding paranoid, but if they had a problem with supplying a valid credit card within an already far too generous 24 hour timeframe, you may want to keep this in mind...

 

Unless someone else booked your listing, or you blocked it, they are perfectly free to book it if their credit is good. 


There is really nothing you can do to help from your side!
