I booked a room at Airbnb on the 30 Apr. Today Airbnb sent me a message said the reservation was cacelled and they would kindly refund all the money.
There is nothing about the reason and nothing about compensation.
After one month the price becomes much higher. The cheapest one I can get now is doubled the price I paid for my original reservation.
Besides, the currency exchanging rate has also changed. I lost about 8,000JPY, roughly 100AUD for this.
And Airbnb said it refunded all the money.
My time on searching and booking seems worthless to Airbnb.
Let me describe in this way, if I cancelled the reservation, won't Airbnb charge me money like a lot for this?
Why Airbnb thinks it can cancel my reservation and just walk away?
Why Airbnb thinks it can ruin its customers life and happniess of trip just so easily?
What kind of business is Airbnb going to do?
Your online helper says they can do nothing.
Your contact line can never be cotacted.
So you grow up and become a big company and you can treat your customers as rubbish?
Airbnb is really disappointing.
