Cancelled our reservation directly with host, but unable to cancel on airbnb site.

"Help" states to go to "Your Trips" and cancel, but our reservation isn't listed . We were due to check in on April 5, 2017.

Here are just fellow hosts, you need to call airbnb customer service directly.
