During one of our first times hosting on Airbnb, we had to cancel a reservation due to double booking on another listing site (time was too short to update Airbnb calendar since we were still at work, Airbnb Instantbook was on, and this other listing company does not allow you to sync calendars).

Now, it seems that the guest left his portion of the cancellation review, but we cannot leave our review in response to his? In the screenshot above you can see that it's visible to us (thus within the time frame to leave a response), but I cannot click anywhere to leave our review to defend our reason for cancellation? Booking & Cancellation happened on 3 Oct 2017 (and we have 14 days to respond, which is running out now).
Please help us, how do we respond to this review since there is nowhere to click to respond and it seems I cannot contact Airbnb directly?
PS: We have also not received an email from Airbnb telling us to do a review.
