Cannot provide review on our guest

We recently had our first guest and would like to write a lovely review about them except when I got the reviews page it says I have nothing to review....

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem and wonder if it's a technical issue with Airbnb.  Please, anybody, is there a way to contact Airbnb directly?
