Car parking on listings

Would anyone else find it useful to show the number of car parks at the top of the listing, alongside No. of room etc?

e.g. 4 guests · 2 bedrooms · 2 beds · 1.5 baths . 1 carpark?

I just spent half an hour on an enquiry who finally told me she needed 2 spaces when I only had one; but this was only shown well down on my listing as 'Free Parking on Premises' without showing the number of spaces.

Anyone else agree?

Can’t you just add it up front in your listing description. We have free on road parking so not an issue.

I don’t see it as an issue, @Chris173 . @Helen3 is correct, that it’s better you detail it yourself in your descriptor, and / or add an image of the parking space within your photo gallery. Parking spaces can be tiny enclosed garages for a mini car, or wide opened-air spaces for trucks.

So to list one parking space is still not enough detail. I get small vehicles, large Troop Carriers, people with camper vans, boats, quad bike trailers etc.

The size of the parking is effectively immaterial depending on the size of the vehicle.
