Change & payment of a guest reservation

Hi everyone,

Im a new host!! my question is when someone requests a change on his booking, how does he pay the difference? Or is it being detached of his credit card 24 hours after check-in? How does this work?

Hello @Maria2789,

When a guest uses the reservation change feature to request a change any extra charge will be added to the total as soon as the host clicks "Accept" in the notifiaction and the guest will be charged then.

The host will then get paid the new total amount in the usual way after the guest checks in.
