Change in booking resulting in change in payout???

Hi there,

Not sure if anyone can explain.  I have received a booking reservation change request from a guest (checking in and out 1 day later) no extra guests which is fine, however when I go to accept I notice that the payout amount has decreased, its not by much but would like an explanation why.  Has anyone experienced the same?

Hi @Vanda, if the change is from 6 to 7 days, as you offer a 30% discount for weekly rental it's normal. I've got the same sometimes. Maybe your discount % is too hight and it makes people change their booking. Personnaly I use to give less than 1 day free for weekly discount (12%).

perhaps in your settings, there are periods with discounts and price calculation is automatic. for example if you have a price in April, while in May is higher, if the reservation includes in the first case only the months of April, there will be a price, but if you go then moving the book in May, the price will change . or viceversa.
