Change min length of stay and cleaning fee

I had had 4 sets of guests since I started hosting in July and very successful so far.

However the cleaner's fees are much more than I have posted on my listing ( equivalent to 1 night's accommodation.)

How do I change the cleaning fee

I would like to change from 3-5 days in minimum length of stay so that cleaning fees don't claim such a high proportion of the accommodation fees. I can't seem to do this easily on my listing-- any tips gratefully received! Otherwise very happy with the last couple of months of hosting. It has been fun to have visitors from all over the world and interstate.

To change the cleaning fee go to your administration panel, mouse over hosts --> manage listings then click "Calendar and More" to the right of your listing picture. On the next screen click "pricing settings" in the grey bar, right side. Click "Extra charges and currency." Tick the box that says "Cleaning fee" and then you will be able add/change the cleaning fees.

To change the length of stay, from the same page, click "Availability settings" in the grey bar. Click "Reservation preferences."  At the bottom of that list of options is the space to change the minimum stay.
