There is a "translate to English" tab anyone viewing your listing can use to read the reviews and you can also translate it yourself and post it into your reply.
I think Airbnb might make the "awful" change for you...I seem to remember them doing that for someone in a similar circumstance, "hostile" instead of "hospitality" or something. đ
