Changing price and cleaning rate for only a certain period of time

I want to drop our nightly rate and slightly increase our cleaning fee for Sept. 1, 2019 through February 29, 2020. How do I change these rates for only this time period?

The cleaning fee set is a fixed price for every booking.

You can change nightly rates for this time period by creating a ruleset for it (if multicalender is available)

Otherwise: select the whole period on your calender and set the nightly price for it.
