My guests originally booked for 2 weeks (booked in 1 week intervals), but due to a medical issue, must leave earlier. I want to give them a refund for the time they won't be here.
They asked me to make the changes as they don't know how to use the site. I thought I did it right using the resolution center, but I did this late friday afternoon, and today is sunday, and I have not got a confirmation email from Airbnb. The original reservation dates are still showing. I don't want my guests to be charged for the days they are not even here.
How do I know if the request went through properly?
Any body with any similar issues? or know how to do this type of transaction?
Thanks,
Lynn
Sounds like it is down to your guests as they have not accepted the change.
If your guests haven't repsonded, you might think of having them do themselves. This might be of help to them:
