i am so sorry to hear this. 

I would advice you to deactivate your listing ASAP to prevent any further bookings.

with regards to the approved booking- contact Airbnb explain the situation and see if they can get this reservation cancelled under externuating circumstances- it’s not as if cancelling was your initial intention.
