Clean fee. How much do you charge?

Hi, I have a question for you hosts out there. I have a 2200 sq ft house listed that I rent to groups. If they are nice and clean it still takes 2-3 hrs to vaccum, change bed sheets, scrub the bathrooms, sweep and mop the kitchen floor, put the plates/glasses back and take the trash out.

If they leave the house in chaos it takes longer. how much do you change cleaning fee? Do you have a cleaning lady or a service to do it? I'm just curious. I just started out with this. Thanks.

Hello @Adriana100. Most hosts, when hiring cleaning crew, charge their guests a corresponding fee, so you should set your cleaning fee at that level. You will get a badge that you "pay living wages" to your cleaners.
