Cleaning Crew Calendar access

Hello,

Does anyone have a good suggestion for allowing their cleaning crew access to ONLY the booking on the Airbnb calendar without giving the full log in credentials to your account?

I cannot get the Airbnb calendar to sync with my Google calendar, worked with many tech supports to no avail,  and my iCloud calendar sync is never accurate.

I saw alot of host hav recommened using turnoverbnb which im about to try out
