Whether my mistake or Airbnb glitch I just discovered that the cleaning fee was not saved in the listing and has not been charged to 6 guests! I have to pay someone to clean so this is an issue. Should I send a charge to guests that are two weeks or more out or let it go? I am so afraid of ruffling the feathers of Airbnb guests but am losing a significant amount of money due to this. It is a new listing and with all the work we have been doing to prepare it may have been overlooked. Has anyone had a similar experience? What would you advise?
