Cleaning during stays of 2-3 days or more

I would like to know how to state that the cleaning fee for a 2-3 night stay will increase from a weekly stay?

You put it up high iin your property description. 2-3 days seems a bit much. An addiitional cleaning fee per week for cleaningi, change of bed linen and towels seems more appropriate.
