Co-Host: How to Change Co-host

Need to change our co-host next month, but cannot figure out How to:

1. Current Reservations: Make sure our current co-host still manages & gets compensated on current reservations until next month?

2. New Reservations: Put in new co-host for reservations starting next month (specific date)?

Any guidance on this will be appreciated.
