Co-Host switzerland

I'm looking for homeowners in Vaud or Geneva who need help with renting out their property (check-in, guestsupport, bookingmanagement, cleaning). I'm a professional Co-Host and I would love to help homeowners with renting out their property.

@Sandra746 - you need to fill out a co-hosting profile on Airbnb.  https://www.airbnb.com/co-hosting

She can't @Alice-and-Jeff0 that's only for superhosts and it doesn't look from her profile like @Sandra746 is one or even a host.

@Sandra746 it's against this community forum rules to advertise commercial services such as yours on the forum boards, you will need to find other, more direct ways to advertise your service.

@Helen3 - you can be a co-host without being a host and you do not need to be a Superhost to post your co-host profile to the marketplace.

I am in the process of creating my listing and can't find the option to add a co-host anywhere. I want to add a friend who is already a host. The only option is to fill out a request for the co-host marketplace. But since I already know who I want as my co-host this is useless. Is it possible this option doesn't exist in my area? Solothurn, Switzerland. Or that I need to publish my profile first and then add the co-host? Which also would make no sense to. Thank you for your help! Do you know where I could find more information on this? I keep going in circles on the boards.

Hi Sandra, I think we spoke offline at one point.

To co-host with Airbnb, you would need to be registered by a user to co-host, as the pricing of the rental determines the payout for co-hosting services.

At times I need support (when on holiday and I have guests booked), so let me know if you are interested in registering with Airbnb to co-host at my home.

So I looked into it: you can charge either a flat fee or a percentage of the rental.  I myself am open to percentage, as bookings can vary (number of people per booking and duration of stay) so a flat fee would be cost prohibitive for me (most stays are 1 to 2 nights).

Hi Jennifer Rae,

I am Hassan. I am very interested for become co-host with you.  I have already experience in co-hosting and cleaning, ironing etc. I am serious, motivated, punctual and responsible. I have also car. I am available immediately, if you are interested do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,
Hassan Dar.
