Co-host cleaning fee

Hi there. We have had lots of guests, and a co-host, but only recently managed to get our bank account listed in the payout methods. Now I see that it's paid us for all the bookings, minus the cleaning fees - because I had 'allow co-host payment' switched on. But, we had no bank account listed for the co-host. So it looks like AirBnB has kept the cleaning fees - neither paying them to us or to our co-host. I've switched off 'allow co-host payment' and want those cleaning fees to come to us (as we've already paid our co-host). I'm seeing nothing in AirBnb that says it will do this though! All I see in the transaction fee is 'co-hosting adjustment' with brackets around the dollar figure itself. Any suggestions for how to get the cleaning fees paid to us, very welcome!!! Has this issue been resolved for you? I'm having a similar issue with "cleaning fees" going off into an account I didn't approve
