NÔM is a company based in New York that manages furnished rentals. We were founded by two Airbnb Superhosts who understand the value of providing a unique and amazing guest experience. We also know that this requires A LOT of work and can become exhausting. So, we started NÔM to help other hosts earn more money by providing an exceptional guest experience with less hassle.
We currently manage 22 locations and are looking to take on more. We provide an end-to-end experience for hosts from listing management, guest communication, guest welcome, and turnover cleaning. We also help ensure your property is compliant with local regulations.
