@Shannon579
I stayed in an Airbnb once and the host had a little "coffee bar" with a Keruig machine, a selection of k-cups and teas, and a bunch of mason jars filled with hot chocolate powder, crushed candy canes, marshmallows, etc. They were all labeled and it was really cute. But we didn't use it and I can only imagine how long the items had been sitting there.
Every item that you set up for guests is one more item that has to be checked, stocked, cleaned, sanitized, etc. So if you can efficiently manage the area (the last thing you want is a guest complaining in a review that the cream in the fridge was bad) and you think your style of guests would appreciate it, I would go for it.
