Complaint about Airbnb PLEASE READ HELP URGENTLY NEEDED FEELING SUICIDAL

PLEASE HELP ME AIRBANDB WONT !!! 

Hi thank you for reading this I had my home trashed on the 24th of August Guests caused £1216 worth of Damage, I opened a resolution and up loaded 50 photos on the 24th of August. 

The Day  I up Loaded them I spoke to a case manager called Vernon Bases in SAn Francisco he assued me he would keep my case and keep me updated he sent me 1 e mail on the day and I never heard from him again.

Since the 24th of August I have had NO REPLIES FROM AIRBANDB not 1 call not 1 e mail nothing.

I have called several times every day and I am been given the run around they wont put me through to anyne who can help,

They wont give me the persons details who stayed and caused criminal damage to my property,

I feel helpless they have treated me so badly I have written on Twitter and facebook and had no Replys ...

If anyone has some advice please help me its making me feel suicidal they have really let me down and I feel my home has been trashed and they dont care ..

I'm really sorry to see your post and many, many sympathies to you.  This is everyone's nightmare.   Unfortunately I don't know what to suggest as you have been trying to get in touch with AirBnB and they aren't answering.   I very much hope they will get back to you soon and in the meantime, take a deep breath and more experienced help & suggestions will be with you soon I hope.

How much is your damage deposit? Have you turned in an insurance claim? Perhaps insurance could help pursue guest. So sorry for you

its notr about that why wont they reply its discusting there meant to help people they leave hosts stranded they are so so so rude

Try contacting them via their social media. I hope you get a response soon.

Might also be worth a chat with your doctor. Although I understand this is difficult if you are having suicidal thoughts a chat with a health professional wouldn't heart.

You can speak to the police you reported it to and they can refer you to victim support.

Sorry to see there's been damage to your property.  Hard as it is, the first thing you need to do is take a step back.  Speak to the police and speak to your insurers as well as continuing to speak to airbnb. They can certainly be hard to get hold of, but remember there are over 30k hosts just in London, and the team assisting us is very small.  

if you're feeling suicidal, long term hosting probably isn't for you.  there's always a chance that thhings will go wrong and you need to be able to accept that it isn't personal, even if it feels it is.
