Complaint from guest

I have received messages from a current guest after 10 PM.  

 

He has complained about the tv remote control not working the batteries have obviously gone.  I suggested to take from another room as 4 bedrooms and 5 tvs. The guest is not satisfied and keeps mentioning the price of accommodation that has been booked for over a month.  8 was booked and only 4 turned up.  I think the guest is causing an issue as he paid for 8 not 4 that would have been around 50 cheaper.  

 

Any suggestions.

What is the guest not satisfied about exactly ? @Tony1057 Make sure you keep any discussions on the platform so there is a record in case the guest complains
