Confirmed booking with no financial information

I have two confirmed booking that contain no financial information. A booking should show: # of nights, the rate, cleaning fee, Guest service fee.. These 2 bookings show $0.00 under "Guest Paid"

What is listed for the amount the total paid to you section?  That would be more important to me as a host, because it displays the payout.  If that also has $0.00, have you called Airbnb customer service to find out why these reservations have no payout?  I suggest that you request the cancellation of any reservation that has incomplete financial details.

the reservation lists $0.00 .. I am chatting with Airbnb support now. Its not the easiest thing to do.. i gotta say..

This has been resolved.. I am not sure what the issue is..
