How can I connect my reviews to my website. Like a add-in.

I suggest to link to your homepage:

https://www.airbnb.com/users/258413104/listings

(or change ".com" to the domain of your local Airbnb site)

You can also choose to load it in a frame to see the content immediatelly on your website.

There is special HTML avaivalble in your Airbnb account (called "badges") to include on a website, but it is mainly writtten in Javascript and produces not allways good results.
