Connecting 5 house in channel manager

Hello, I have 5 houses with several flats and a separate channel manager for each house, which already synchronises the different channels except for airbnb.

I have created an airbnb account with the respective listings and I am now faced with the problem that I can only link a channel manager with the airbnb account, i.e. 1:1, but not 5:1. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to create several airbnb accounts with the respective listings in order to then link the channel manager with them, as the telephone number can only be used once.

Is there any help or advice on this, as this case has certainly come up several times.
