Connection error on the App

I’ve been trying for about a week now to get my app working properly. Talked to Airbnb twice and no help. I can’t read messages nor see new ones unless I go on the non Mobile website. This had been my worst nightmare for the past almost two weeks. Does anyone’s app do this “Can’t reach your network” like mine does?
