Considering investing in Florida Keys

We are superhosts in Colorado and are considering investing I the keys, particularly Largo, Tavenier or Islamorada. I was wondering if anyone was will to share experiences, complexes to look at or stay away from, property management services worth considering, occupancy rates, etc. We are in the exploratory phases at this point. We recently stayed at Kawama yacht club and had a very positive experience.
