Perhaps reading the article on how payments work will answer your questions.  Payments in instalments are not possible with airbnb.

Helen, I don't know if you are not aware of the fact, or maybe it's just me, but this link leads me to nowhere. Lately I can't find any direct contact wit Airbnb. All links take me to Help or Support section, but still there is no email address or any other way to contact. All addresses I already have in my mailbox also are not working, I get returning my emaild undelivered. Question is if Airbnb has already enough customers asking questions. Do they suggest: read FAQ, ask community and leave us alone? We gave you space, we gave you possibilty, now we take our percent and want to have peace. I am really surprised how during one year this have changed.

Try and use the search function on the forum (top right hand corner) and type "contact airbnb".  The question comes up at least once a day and is extremely repetetive.  You could also search for "community help guides".

If a question is coming up again and again then obviously you need to consider the website layour needs to be reconsidered.

The fault maybe in your design, not other people's understanding of it.

Hi. I got through to airbnb and layanne is looking into the matter. The guest it seems is mistaken. I will let ye know what happens.
