I am co-host for a few properties and am responsible for handling bookings. I took a couple days off to go camping and while I was away, the owner handled bookings. We have a template set with all the check-in info, which includes the property address, three phone numbers, and a weblink - the owner sent this message to two guests and in both cases the address etc. was redacted by Airbnb. I know they do that when the guest doesn't yet have a confirmed booking, but these messages were sent AFTER the bookings were accepted, so I can't figure out why this happened.
Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas about why it might have happened?
