Contact us options: email, phone, message vanished for account?

A few weeks ago someone anounced on this board, and when i clicked on contact us page, i had several methods of options to contact customer sevice. Now it loks like it disappeared, and need to go trough bunch of links until i can send them a message. So it's again some of those things they give and take back, or they give to only a certain people, then take back? I feel like we are being played with.
