Please has anyone any ideas why I am only receiving contact from Airbnb by phone.

Nothing at all via my computer.

Perhaps your notification settings on your profiles need to be reviewed.  Some hosts have reported a change in their settings without their action.  I don't even pretend to know why this can happen. 😞
