Contacting Air BnB

HELP! I have been trying to contact Air BnB for over a week. The phone number just sends me a txt to go to the help center where I have a number of threads open and no replies and the threads automatically get closed. I am a superhost. My multiple issues are all refund/payout related as there have been no adjustment in my account for a month, only one representative via help chat (a week ago) said it was a bug on their side and somebody would respond in a timely manner. It has been over a week.. I desperately need to speak with somebody. Reservations are over that have not been payed out. Currently hosting without any payout notifications.  A refund I authorized 3 weeks ago still has not been payed to the guest.
