Airbnb have made it more and more difficult to contact them about problems resulting from their website inadequacies.
I've just spend a fruitless 30 minutes trying to work out how to contact them and keep going round and round in circles getting nowhere.
What is the most direct way to contact Airbnb to get them to fix some problem with their website?
I totally agree and this is annoying! we send a LOT of bookings the Airbnb way and although one can do most things online IT IS IMPERATIVE that we must be able to speak to an Airbnb representative.
We have not been paid and we cant get to speak to anybody and the response mail returns out mails.

Use the search feature of this forum to "contact Airbnb" There is a listing of all of their numbers organized by country. A Google search would also be fruitful.
Thanks, I will explore the possibilities. On the other hand I'm sure a simple "Feedback about our website" link would be simple to implement. I'm pretty sure they used to have something like that before they were making billions from their 90 million users (and climbing).
