Contacting Airbnb

Hello all,

How do you actually contact Airbnb?

I have a question about a group of high school kids that have requested to stay in my home. I have declined and they inquired again with the exact same email message. I declined again. 30 minutes later another request with a different member, presumably in the same group due to the fact that the email contents were identical.

I would like to contact Airbnb to help resolve this but have absolutely no idea where to find a number or email address to contact them.

Does anyone have contact info for Airbnb?

Thanks

Try using search in the community forums; look at the help guide on contacting Airbnb in the hosts section or try googling 'Airbnb contact number + your country).

My listing quotes my nightly rate as the rate for the entire booking - no matter the length. The first time they quoted a stay of 29 days for $200. The next time it was a 7 night stay for $220 total. These are my nightly rates. Why isn't the site multiplying my rate when a person inquires and/or attempts to book.

How do I contact someone at Airbnb to correct this?

@Wendy123  the fastest way is post issue on the company facebook page or tweet it.

I simply want to ask a person at airbnb a question about my listing and a technical question. It seems impossible to simply email them a question. Anyone know how to contact airbnb for help question? And no I don't need to call t them and don't want to discuss with " community"

Thanks

@Mary115 , in the "help" section of the CC, the third post is an extensive guide about various ways how to contact Airbnb. emailing is ineffective, and if you don't want to call, twitter@airbnbhelp seems to be your best option. Too bad you don't want to ask anybody here, Your fellow hosts here are real helpful and I  bet someone would have an answer for you in no time.

@Mary115 Well, you need to discuss it with someone.  I am assuming, since there is no rental under your profile, that you are a victim of the 'sudden ghost syndrome' which aflicts Abnb hosts randomly.

Good luck.

I am new to airbnb as a host, my 1st guests loved my place so much that they wrote a long review, airbnb cut the review to one sentence, so the guest called airbnb and they said they will take care of it. 3 weeks have gone and nothing, so I called 877-532-2356, got someone on the phone within 3 minutes, she was very nice, she said she will contact my guest , and she did within 10 minutes, emailed me that she will take care of it tomorrow, and that I can contact her direct if I need to. so, so far I feel that their respond to my issue was good. lets just hope that the review will be posted tomorrow.

Oh thank God someone else has the same problem.  I can't believe that they are so impossible to contact.  I have had to cancel three bookings (not due to me but because they wanted to bring pets when we say no pets inside our Cottage) and then I get a notice suspending me becasue I have canceled.  All I want to do is let them know that this is NOT MY FAULT and want my superhost thingy back but do you think I can do something simple like send them an email  nnnnnnnnnnnnooooooooo

@Barry-and-Kay0. NEVER cancel...tell the guest they need to request an alteration of their reservation or cancel and rebook with a pet friendly place.  Abnb will punish you for a year after the cancelled reservation.

with this many people booking with pets, you might want to say no pets in the body of your description as well as the tick boxes.  People just dont read carefully.

Yes I am so pissed off with Airbnb right now, they are as bad as Facebook. Why can't these **bleep**ers with all their money hire a few support staff to resolve issues? Why do we have to go to the Community section and seek help there? All I'm trying to do is let a former tenant leave me a nice review when she missed the time limit. Why is there a stupid time limit anyway? Honestly these people need to be shut down! Now they're suddenly saying that my hosting has fallen "below standard" giving me no explanation as to why. Even though I've always had good reviews and a 100% response rate.
