Hello
I am a super host and when I became one I recieved an email with a 'special' number to ring if I ever needed help. I have needed it in the past 2 months and it was always unavailable when I tried it. I just got a new email to say I am still a superhost and the number is quoted on this. Today I needed it but again it is unavailable. I just tried looking on the website for the normal number that I have used in the past and now I can't see anyway to contact Air B&B either through email or phone. Maybe I am just being thick and have forgotten where the number is but when I go to help and 'contact us' it just seems to loop me round to online help that is fixed by topic.
Have they taken the number away, and also are there any other superhosts who have had difficulty with that number? Or am I just being webpage blind and it is right there in front of me.

Hello @Joanne137 ,
The normal phone number can still be found when clicking the right way on:
https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/contact_us
For your convenience i provide it here also:
+44 203 318 1111 International version, taken from: Contact Airbnb - A Community Help Guide [UPDATED]
If the "superhost phone number" is not working, ii think you should inform Airbnb about it.
Best regards, Emiel

Oh God.... I was being a bit thick. I didn't realise you had to type the plus symbol in before 44. (Blush) Oh thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Shows how much I make international calls. Ok problem solved. Thanks again. Jo
Hi @Joanne137,
This is the international version of a UK number (if you call from outside the UK). Your profile says you are allready in the UK, then i think you have to leave out +44 and put a 0 (zero) in front to make it local: 0203 318 1111
Best, Emiel
You can inform air bnb but they won’t do anything about it. Like everything else it’s left to the host to figure it out. And besides how would you inform air bnb about it if you can’t contact them to begin with?
I have the same problem and I am based in Australia. I am in the continual Airbnb loop, being sent into the message centre. It is so frustrating!
Does anyone have the Airbnb contact for Australia?
If you use the Airbnb contact pages on the website, you must choose " something else" form the range of options. Then you will find the phonenumber.
It is (international version):
+61 2 8520 3333
best regards,
Emiel
Thanks Emiel 🐵
@Sam208, as you are not a superhost (yet) your wait will be longer, for superhosts usually it is instant reply. You can try twitter, they will get back to you so you don't have to sit on the phone forever. I did an experiment once: First I called without superhost number: I hung up after 30 mins, then I rang with the superhost benefit straight afterwards: Instant answering. So the difference can be huge.
That just annoys me. I have hosted many people, had excellent reviews, tried to retract a pre approval in time and their system glitched and could not perform the task, then time lapsed so it appears to be a cancellation and NOW I am not a superhost and have been pushed to the bottom where poor service and response from Airbnb is the standard.
I cannot block off dates for the past 2 days as I use another booking agency as well. I do not have a phone for Air BNB, and the best I could do was to report a "bug". I do not want to be penalized if someone tries to book and I have to refuse them because I need to block off those dates. The other agency I use has a great customer service phone number, but not the same with Air BNB. Denise
can you send an email to air bnb? and send your HOST ID VERIFICATIN THIS WAY AS WHEN I UPLOAD ON COMPUTER AND ON APP NOTHING GETS AUTHOIRSED. am tearing my hai
r out.
The answer is: NO
Don't tear you hair out, it will certainly not help either in the ID verification process.🙄
Maybe try UK phone number 0203 318 1111 (if still operational)
been now on the phone 45 mins no resolve. they say has been escalated and will be notified. but looks like twic they have closed the case why when NO RESOLUTION. ANYONE ELSE newly wanting to hist with same issue?
