Content policies question

So obviously there were lots of talks about the content policies. And interpretation is a king off course. But I still have a question. If the review states something that not truth, like lets say it says that the table had no one leg and you have a picture made by your cleaner before check in that shows that it had all legs and was ok. Does this review violates policies or not?

Why I am asking is cause I thought everything that is not true does violate policies. As it is misleading which is mentioned in content policies. But according to representatives to whom I have talked it does not. Any thoughts?

Airbnb allows guests to write provable untruths about a host.  I'm disgusted with Airbnb's lack of support to hosts in this area.
