Credit card rejected

Hello,

 

I have filled in three times my Payment info with my company Bank Details.

 

And every time it says "error"

 

Meaning that I get bookings and thus Clients or Airbnb cannot transfer me the money. I manage many houses so the situation is very difficult now.

 

Can someone help me since Airbnb does not even make one phone call?

Hello @Petri6,

 

Could it be that the name and address on your bank account are the company ones while your Airbnb profile has your name and address? If so then maybe that's the reason for the error.

 

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.

I'm a potential guest and have the same issue repeatedly. I've triple checked my card number, as many times called my bank and they report no declines. This has happened 3 different booking attempts with the same card and have even had a VISA employee on the line while I try to process a booking and VISA doesn't even get a request for funds.
