Credit not showing for my referred friend!

My mother signed up and she appears  as pending on my list, but when she tries to use her credit it doesnt show up! She had used airbnb 3 times now, and the option of using the credit when paying never appears.

Can anybody help me with this? or know if airbnb has a number or email? when i go to the contact us section they send me here, which is not very useful because this is kinda urgent

Hello @Andrea1366,

To qualify for the credit, people you invite must

1) be new Airbnb users and must sign up by clicking on the link in the invitation email you send

2) the cost of a trip must be more than about US$75, or equivalent in their currency, excluding fees and taxes.

If both of the above are the case then she should contact Airbnb support.
