Custom length of stay pricing

Airbnb just added custom length of stay discounts, which are great.  Allows you to provide discounts on number of days; not just weekly or monthly.  However, the granular updates are only for number of days *less* than one month. 

It would be super-helpful to have discounts available for bookings more than one month in length.  If someone is travelling to town for business and requires 3, 6, or 12  month rentals, monthly discounted pricing is not competitive with realtor listings.

Even if this requires combining multiple bookings (assuming one month is the arbitrary "max" for a Short Term Rental), it would be good to set pricing for these longer-term/back-to-back short-term stays competitive with the market.

Long term stays are reservation from 28 nights or longer.They have a special cancellation policy and a payment/payout schedule based on installments.Also the Airbnb Service fee is significant lower. A monthly discount is obliged to set for showing up in the search results, when people search for stays  being 28 nights or longer. Besides that custom prices can be set for specific months (or custom periods). Setting a third discount option like for a certain amount of days in the "long term stay" spectrum will make things IMO rather complex.
