Customer service of lack thereof

I am trying to get the host to correct her address details on the booking.

Unforunately and not for the first time there is a "technical issue" as there was with changing my name and indeed securing a refund.

I am very annoyed about the lack of customer service on behalf of airbnb in correcting this error. I have contacted them via twitter and indeed via the customer service thing on the site. I am told that they are forwarding me to the correction department but they will not deign to tell me when this will occur so I am stuck waiting.

This is the second occasion when I am kept waiting by airbnb to get them to correct something which does not work on their site.

Can anyone advise please.

This is totally unacceptable on the part of airbnb to provide a service which plainly does not work and for them not to provide customer service. In my view the service should be banned from this country.
