Customer support at Airbnb is the worst

how do you contact anyone at Airbnb? They have my calendar "blocked" so my guest can't reserve, yet when I view my calendar on the web it is not blocked . . .

For your info, I can only see blocked days all the way through till mid Oct, and then again from Jan 2017 on (didn't check much beyond that).

However, I have no helpful suggestion to this beyond manually freeing them up and refreshing the pages (also any open tab you might be viewing your listing separately on). Test it first on one month to see if it works. If it doesn't try another couple times to be sure.

Did you cancel a reservation? The dates can also be blocked due to settings (for example minimum or maximum stay, or pre/post cleaning days, etc.). If you still have issues, report to Airbnb. Just use the Help Center and click on Contact. You'll have to do a bit of clicking but will eventually get to an Urgent button which will open up a window with their phone numbers, or you can fill out a chat or e-mail request with your questions. Their support is pretty good, but you do have to click a few times in the Help Center...not a big deal.

I've spoken with Airbnb two dozen times. Make sure you are calling the right number.. 1-855-424-7262 is the number I keep in my phone. Sometimes I'm on hold for a while. Also if you are a super host make sure you are using the same number you have registered to your account because your call takes priority.

They will only take calls about exsisting reservations and they have to be emergencies.  I know I had a number for superhosts once that was different and you get to talk to a live person.  I cant even find a place to send and email!

I cant believe you cannot contact anybody at customer support?? Theire stupid possible answers is so wrong. If an emrgency there are no numbers I can find except overseas there should be a support number for every country or at least a live Chat. **bleep** they make enough money
