Hello Everyone!
Recently, we had a group stay with us that not only violated all of the house rules, they broke furniture, damaged items, threw away silverware, and did drugs on the property. I followed all of the steps associated with the resolution center within all the time frames provided and after 72 hours with no response, I involved Airbnb via the resolution center. This was three weeks ago, is this normal? Were talking almost $2,000 worth of damages including the security deposit. It makes me nervous as a new host to not have even heard anything from Airbnb. Looking for advice on what next steps I should take! Thank you everyone!
