Damage to Fridge by current Guest

We stayed at our apartment until Friday, cleaners came in the Saturday. The Guests arrived on the same day and let us know everything was fine. Next morning we get a message on the phone that a screw has fallen out of the top door bracket of the fridge. Do we have a screwdriver so they can replace the screw. Told them where to find a tool kit. Waited all day then they said they had to prop the fridge door up before going out. The fridge is only 2 years old and has had little use. Will try to keep this brief but from Saturday Night when the fridge was stocked and all was ok to Sunday morning when fridge was slightly open and door hinge bent (screws falling out) something must have happened. They have children aged 3 and 5, the fridge is under the counter and easily accessible to them. We sent someone around to replace the screw that the guests confirmed they had replaced themselves. He reported that the Hinge holding the door had been bent. He made a temporary repair after agreeing with the guest that any further repairs would require removing all their food from the fridge and dismantling the door. They have now messaged today saying the hinge at the top of the fridge has completely come away.

What should my response be?

Hi @Paul-and-Lynn2 If it were me, I would inform guest that you have called the repairman back out to fix refrigerator door; however, they must remove all their food in order for door to be fixed. As host, I would take over a cooler with ice for them to store their food, while door is being replaced.
