Days open on calendar but renter is not able to book

I have 1 day open on either end of a booking to clean, so 1 day on each side of a reservation. I have one renter trying to book completely open days, but he says it shows not available. I have no one booked on those days and they are not reserved for cleaning. Thanks!

I want to clarify: you have set an extra night at the end of each reservation using the "Preparation Time" setting of "Block 1 day before and after a reservation".  Is that correct?  And the guest is trying to book on top of the preparation day?

Hi, @Sue201. Do you mind saying what days he is trying to book? I would be glad to take a look at your calendar from the perspective of a potential guest to see what he sees.
