Deducted payout for fraudulent booking

Airbnb cancelled a completed reservation due to being "fraudulent" and deducted my payout.  Not only did the guest stay but they trashed my house, had a party, and required additional cleaning.  The reservation was from May 22nd.   I am now left fighting with airbnb to get my payout back.  Keeps getting escalated to a "special department" with no resolution.
