Deleting a listing - Do the reviews get deleted too?

Hi,

I have two listings. In one of them, a guest smoked. I asked for money to repair a burned window-sill and violation of the house rules prior to their review. In retaliation, they gave me a three-star review.

That review results in the listing having a rating of 4.67.

If I delete the listing, will the reviews go away with it? Probably not, but any idea?

Also, how bad is a 4.67 review?

The listing in question has 6 reviews.

My other listing, with 142 reviews, has a rating of 4.93.

@Stuart94 When you delete that listing, the review does not away with that listing. But it still shows in your profile and guest can still see it.

I don't think that 4.67 rating will influence you much since it is just one bad review out of 6. You may respond to that review with clarification.

In terms of superhost evaluation, your average rating from all listings in the last 12 months counts.
