Demand for refund of Cancellation fee of 80 Euros deducted from my account

Dear Ladies and gentlemen,

 

from some previous booking directly in my account, I will like to complain about the fact that I do not deserve a charge of 80 Euros as a fee for cancellation. I offered the host to stay in a temporary place instead but she refused since my place was not ready, and another guest was still there the previous day, and I had set 1-day waiting time before the next guest according to my settings. I had written an email toresponse@airbnb.com and no one replied.

 

I will be expecting a refund in the coming one week.

If you had to cancel a booking because of a mistake in the system, @Aissatou0, you should have contacted Air BNB to assist you with the cancellation.  The automated system that response to host cancellations does not know the circumstances of the cancellation.   Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB.  Speak with a rep and explain what happened.
