Dear Ladies and gentlemen,
from some previous booking directly in my account, I will like to complain about the fact that I do not deserve a charge of 80 Euros as a fee for cancellation. I offered the host to stay in a temporary place instead but she refused since my place was not ready, and another guest was still there the previous day, and I had set 1-day waiting time before the next guest according to my settings. I had written an email toresponse@airbnb.com and no one replied.
I will be expecting a refund in the coming one week.
